Effective Date: September 2026 • Applicable to All Hardware & Launch Assemblies
All fixtures, testing stands, and pneumatic launching apparatuses sold by Kinship3D must be operated under the continuous, direct supervision of a qualified adult, coach, or STEM mentor. For pneumatic launch equipment, users must never exceed 60 PSI (4.1 bar). Motorized air compressors and gas canisters are strictly prohibited; manual bicycle floor pumps equipped with an accurate analog pressure gauge are required.
All participants, operators, and observers within a 50-foot perimeter of active launch testing must wear ANSI Z87.1+ rated eye protection. Users must inspect all user-supplied pressure vessels (e.g., polyethylene terephthalate carbonated soft drink bottles) for scuffs, dents, or chemical degradation before each cycle. Never pressurize non-carbonated beverage containers or glass bottles.
Purchaser recognizes that physical structural load testing (up to 15 kg) and pressurized pneumatic systems possess inherent risks, including projectile impacts, mechanical failure, structural fracture, and flying debris. The purchaser knowingly and freely assumes all risks, known and unknown, associated with the storage, testing, and operation of this hardware.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the purchaser, on behalf of themselves, their team, educational institution, heirs, and representatives, releases, waives, and discharges Kinship3D, its owners, engineers, and fabricators from any liabilities, claims, injuries, or property damage resulting from the operation, alteration, or misuse of equipment.
The purchaser agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kinship3D against any claims, losses, or legal expenses (including attorney fees) brought by any third party (including students, parents, school districts, or event spectators) arising from the use of Kinship3D products.
